Virtual Pilgrimages

“To go on pilgrimage is not simply to visit a place to admire its treasures of nature, art or history…. We must step out of ourselves to encounter God. ”–Pope Benedict XVI

INSIDE THE VATICAN VIRTUAL PILGRIMAGES

We invite you to join us for a new pilgrimage experience — a virtual pilgrimage where we will bring the same core elements that we have become known for over these past 12 years: engaging with the living stones around the universal Church while learning about our faith, our tradition and the challenges we faced today.  We will explore scripture with scripture scholars, art with art historians and the government of the Church with Vatican officials. We will introduce you to our world from Russia to Rome and beyond.

If you have already registered, you do not need to register again.  You will receive an email with the information to join us on our next Virtual Pilgrimage.

“Holy Spirit, Guide Us!”

An Inside the Vatican pilgrimage is a total immersion experience into the “heart of the Church,” which we hope evokes a “metanoia” experience for each of our pilgrims. Our motto on each pilgrimage is “Holy Spirit, guide us!” which begins in the planning and is carried forth during the entire pilgrimage so that we may make it an authentically spiritual journey.

“To go on pilgrimage really means to step out of ourselves in order to encounter God where he has revealed himself, where his grace has shone with particular splendour and produced rich fruits of conversion and holiness among those who believe.”
-Benedict XVI (Nov. 6, 2010)
